When I judge someone, I think I use the worst example that I've seen, because I think that that's the lowest they can go. They can only get better from then on out.

It's just because we are insecure and it's in our nature. Fear is what makes us human and it can cause us to judge. We need a little bit of understanding and hope for us to feel safe and when we are safe we will not judge in a bad way.

When I find myself judging...I really try to catch myself and dig a bit to see where it came from.
It can be terribly destructive in many ways to be judgmental...If it creeps up I try to nip it.

I know what you mean. If you show the slightest bit of intolerance to another person, people immediately start comparing you to Hitler. Or, at least, they compare me to him anyway.
