What are you talking about? Need more information.

In general, it's often hard to locate someone at a store that actually can do anything about a problem. Even if someone is available, you have to wait around for them. Maybe you're already tired from shopping, need to get home, have a squirmy kid on your hands or whatever. It's easier to either go home and call from the comfort of your home or go back some other day.

They have no people skills..and tend to just go off the handle and then hang up....most of the phone complaints are unjustified.
