Go downstairs, and not too far from the counter you will find a small magazine called This Month in Taiwan. In it you'll find more than enough information.

Info on Whats happening at most clubs, pubs e.t.c. listed at the link below. It give you good info on happy hours, and Ladies night (Thats when the place is full of gals) good for guys to know :) If you like Jazz, Brown Sugar is a good place to visit.
