Probably not, but i think you can own the mineral rights on the land if thats what you are asking

Only if you 'own' the mineral rights also. Usually NOT included in the deed.
Also, stop paying taxes on your land and find out who _really_ owns it.

Depends what state you live in and how the deed is written. You may or may not have mineral rights.
