What is the percent of black coaches in the NFL compared to the percent of blacks in the US population?

Its about 20-25 % of the coaches in the NFL that are black.

They make up 10-12% of the population. So they doing good in that industry I guess....

I think there are seven or eight Black Coaches... of course the NFL Players are 70 percent black...
