There was a cartoon made not 3 or 4 years ago called "Clone High". It was produced by Bill Lawrence, the creator and producer of NBC's 'Scrubs' and featured the voices of almost the entire cast of 'Scrubs' and many MadTV alumni.

Well no. since that show has already been on MTV and got canceled. If you do it under the same name and plot. Then you will most likely be sued.
