Both are equally bad but a purple nurple would have to be a little bit worse.

Well most commonly the wet willy has a terribly large amount of spit on in or rather in it, so depending on who gives it to you, it's more gross then a purple nurple, which is obviously more painful but in a female's opinion, I would have to go with the nurple...very tender nipples already and throw in a twist of those babies??? No thanks, I'd rather clean spit out of my ear...hahaha
