President of the World is an interesting concept, both frightening and interesting to think of.
Maybe you meant to ask who is the best President ever? If so, I am biased toward Bill Clinton. But that's just me.
If you meant who would be the best President of the World I would have to answer that no 1 man can do it but a collection of men and women from different races. Starting with Bill Clinton and should include Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Ghandi, and Kofi Annan and possibly Gen. Wesley Clark for starters.
Again, this is just my opinion.

The United States has had many great presidents in its history. If I had to choose though, I would say Theodore Roosevelt. He did a lot for this country. One of his greatest accomplishments included his conservation efforts where he reserved a lot of land in the west for national forests and parks. Roosevelt also was responsible for the building of the Panama Canal and did a lot to break up the monopolies that the major railroad companies had created.

Zeee Aliens...... they do it anyway....they controll us thru special mind controlling chemicals they put in coffee and then they tell us what to do thru the television..... there are a few people who dont drink the coffee or watch the TV but they dont matter anyway.........
