there is a boy in our class who always used to see me where ever i go. but he said to other boys that i always see them.i used to watch him whether he sees me. others asked to why do u see him i refused it. but he looks nice. i wish to talk to him as a friend and i need to ask the reason y did he see me.How can i ask? I didn't even talk to him these years.Solve this.

Be yourself, have some guts to go to him and start chat with him, ask him whats his name, try keep going to get know him, then once you feel comfort to ask him if he likes to look at you and if he does then ask why. So you will have answers.
