Connecticut Education Network Bypass?

Im trying to get some stuff for my pc at school, but there are network blocks and i was wondering how to bypass them.

You can't. Some clown will probably recommend using a proxy but those are blocked as well. You'll have to request access through CEN and provide justifiation for the site(s) you are trying to reach. If there isn't a business reason or justifiable educational reason it won't be granted.
