the song in question is from the movie "Yaara dildara" that was forced upon the viewers in 1991. The movie stars Asif sheikh, Saeed jaffrey and Rohini Hattangady.No idea about the lead actress,but I can tell you about the picturization-it is on a plateau around a car.
