How were you proposed to?

He actually first asked me to marry him in my kitchen. Then we went shopping for rings, and finally I picked one I liked and had some adjustments made to it and it would be a few weeks until it was ready.
We sing karaoke in a local bar every Friday and one time he was called up to sing first, as usual, and he called me up and I didn't think much of it because we do a few songs together, but instead of starting singing, he said over the microphone that he had asked me to do him the honor of becoming his wife and wanted to do it right, so he got down on one knee, in front of everyone, and got the ring out and proposed to me through the microphone and gave me the ring. I didn't know it was ready. I was floored. Of course I said yes because I'd agreed already.
Then he sang his song.

My friends husband proposed to her by wearing a T.shirt saying "Will U marry me" and my X colleagues her BF proposed to her on the London-eye wheel unfortunately they are no longer together but this are the best of proposals I've heard of.

Now who is going to propose to me so I can answer qns. like this ;-)

My husband proposed to me on a date. He bent down on his knees and he put the ring on my finger. I think we were at Taco Bell but I can't remember.

One day he woke up and said, "how bout we get married today? I got the money, let's go do it!" I was in complete shock! So, after 8 years of being together, and with two kids in tow (one in a stroller with a broken leg) we headed to the magistrate's office, and got it done that day! Talk about romance, eh? lol
