He conceptually invented the helicopter, tank, concentrated solar power, the calculator, a rudimentary theory of plate tectonics, the double hull, and much more. He also greatly advanced knowledge in anatomy, astronomy, civil engineering, optics, hydrodynamics.

Leonardo Da Vinci was an early Renescaince period Italian who invented the Wheel-Lock Pistol, a working parachute, the flying screw, a tank, and many other things. He was also a famous painter, best known for the Mona Lisa.
