What's a cool and interesting forum?

My friend belongs to a really cool forum. I would like to join one, but I haven't been able to find something cool. I don't want to join his because I want to my own! What do you suggest??

It is rather wide for a definition of a 'cool website', perhaps checking a teen talk website :-
