Its a good question but not surprising when you remember that the Badger football team had one of the best records in the nation coming out of the Big Ten (11?) this year but got no recognition. Neither Ohio State or Michigan played them as I recall. I think sports has become part of the entertainment industry in the US and so long as the networks and ESPN pay the money they get to promote and tout teams that will attract viewers and that is why we here so much about Notre Dame who was just average. Wisconsin sports are great and yet are under reported. See if you had hired Bobby Knight you could be an average team and be on ESPN three times a week. Go Badgers!!! I live in WV incidentally and follow Big East sports but I see how unfairly Wisconsin has been treated, this year especially.

Cause Florida Is Playin A Tougher Schedule...Wisconsin Aint Gonna Come Close. Records Dont Matter..In March We'll Really See How Good Wisconsin Is. And Dont Give Me That Kansas Beat Florida Crap. Florida Is Way Better Than Kansas. They Had An Advantage Though Cause Corey Brewer Had Mono...Which Aint Kansas' Fault For Leavin Him In. Either Way, He's 100% Now. I Hope Kansas And Florida Meet In March So We Can Do Them So Dirty. Kansas Better Than Florida? Ha!

and it doesn't help that there's a team out there who won the national championship last year who's doing just as well (against a tougher schedule)
i do belive wisconsin's a really good team though...so don't think i'm against ya here

i agree with u wisconsin is good. and in my opinion florida sux. people r stupid to think that they're a good team after loosing to florida state. im a real KU jayhawk fan and the jayhawks beat florida earlier in the season. rock chalk!
