You can't and you shouldn't even try because that is against the acceptable use policy at your school. They have sites blocked for a reason and trying to bypass their security will get you banned from using any of their their computers and probably even suspended or expelled. They track everything you do and you will get caught.

Good luck. You would have to override their filtering program which I assume would be something like Web-sense. In my company, I keep my websense app on a separate server so most hackers wouldn't even know where to look. Also you would have to override the time on all the servers simultaneously to prevent your actions from being traced in the logs. If you don't know what I am talking about, don't even try it, you'll end up in deep legal trouble like the last 3 that tried to hack my system.

You cannot most likely.
Those are set in your computer's internet options, which are almost certainly locked out by your school's system admin. Only way you can override them is if you know the admin passwords and I very much doubt there's any legal way you can get those.
