If you think about how Chicago handeled the Saints in the NFC Championship game many would say the Bears, however many don't realize the Saints are from the NFC South where the Panthers, Saints, Falcons and Buccaneers play. Its almost always warm in that area of the country, and it was cold in Chicago. They weren't use to playing in that kind of weather so i could see how the bears who play thier home games in the cold would win. Indy won in their Dome so there wasn't really any effects on their game as well.
Everyone is talking about the Bears' defense, but then again everyone was talking about the Ravens' defense as well & the Colts beat them. The Clots will score their points, maybe not as many as their use to scoring but will put plenty of points up. All they have to do now is stop Thomas Jones & Cedric Benson. If they do that as well as get ahold of Grossman a few times they will walk away with a ring. Lovie doesn't put the ball in Grossman's hands much so all they gotta do is stop the run as they did against Larry Johnson & KC on wild card weekend.

Colts.
A few facts have led me to this decision:
1)The Colts can score on any defense in the league. No matter who you are, no matter who your defense is, the Colts will put up points, end of story
2)The Bears Offense is lacking. Grossman has been playing extremely well as off late, but the problem here, is that it ties into point one (above). The Colts will score. In the end, the poor Bears offense will not be able to outscore the Colts. End of Story.
3)Adam Viniateri or however you spell it. The man can kick and kick in the clutch (yeah so whats new?) Robbie Gould is good. But Viniateri will knock down everything. In other words, everytime down the field, the Colts are guarenteed at least 3 points. The Bears, are not.

If the Bears play the way they did against the Saints they have the abillity to beat anyone. If they go flat obviously I think the Colts will win. I know this is a couple of years ago and most of you have not even seen this because it was preseason. But the starting Bears D really got to manning and he was makeing bad decisions. (I know it was only a preseason game but I still think Bears can get to him.)
Im obviously a Bears fan and I pick the Bears...I do think Manning deserves it as well.

Its a toss-up. The bears are amazing this year, and my colts have gotten lucky.
I would want The Colts to win, because Peyton deserves a win.I'm glad Tom Brady didn't go again!

I think it comes down to the better QB. The one player that can control the game when things get crazy. That's why I have to go with the Colts and Peyton Manning. Grossman is so unpredictable.

While I am a Pats fan..They were beaten by a better team and I think that the Colts will win.

The COLTS will win by default. I can't see Grossman as a Super Bowl winner.

Bottom line here.......Grossman sucks! He's not predictable or experienced enough to win the Super Bowl. My guess is he will throw 2-3 interceptions. Manning wants this win more than any in his career and he has the ability to do so. I still think it will be a close game and a defensive game.
