It's not just the situps and crunches that get you the six pack. The most important thing is the cardio and your diet. You need to cut back on the calories and get on the treadmill or elyptical. Go swimming, use the sauna, play racquetball. That is how you'll tone the abs. Try to get 20-30 minutes of good cardio 4-5 days a week and you'll see results within 6 weeks. Good luck.

very simple.
Just divide your meals into smaller fractions, that means u should eat ur meals many times a day but in less proportion.
stop eating ur full meals 3 times a day, instead break them into 6/7 times and consume a lot of water .
that will surely help to reduce ur stomach.Do not go for any medicines for this. U may also concentrate more on physical exercises /workouts. to maintain the shape of ur abdoman.

for ur abs- Two such exercises are the weighted crunch and the cable reverse crunch. Train them twice a week, with three sets of 10 to 12 reps on each exercise. The best lower abdominal exercises are: Hanging Leg Raise, Incline Leg Raise, Reverse Crunch and Leg Raise.

To tone up your abs, simple crunches work great. However, you cannot see ab muscles under the fat. All the crunches in the world won't help if you are not burning calories, thus burning fat. Add cardio to your routine to help burn the fat away, and you'll be happy with your abs.

Crunches on a swiss ball (those you find at a gym).
Make sure you have the ball- it really helps in utilizing your abdominal muscles.

Cardio exercises are useful for stamina and endurance, but they do even less stress on abs than crunches or weights do.

for your question answer is: just bend d hip daily morning and evening atleast 15 to twenty times in beginning stage and early morning go for jocking an do some abdomon excercise just flat your body on the floor and bend your hip try this for everyday within in few days you can see some changes in your body to reduce stomach
