I don't know which one to choose, but I was interested in nursing, due to compeltion of my parents only I did my biochemistry, so I am going to settle in US so I have to do masters in biochemistry or nursing, please tell me about that

You will find better paying but more challenging work as a nurse. If you choose the biochem route, then be prepared to finish the PhD (in become involved in several postdocs) or be an underpaid, overqualified laboratory technician.

FYI - Pfizer is closing their research labs in Ann Arbor MI in the next couple of months, which puts more than 2,000 people out of work:-(

Nursing will always have the hours and the pay, but that's my POV. Good luck!

While there is a shortage of registered nurses in the US, the easiest and most profitable path would be to complete your masters in biochemistry.

I would suggest nursing. There is a shortage of nurses in the US, so it is easy to get a job and you have flexibility in choosing your hours. You can work overtime if you need more money, or work part-time if you want to spend more time with your kids..
