You could just say "I'm about to blow"

Or if they are hearing impaired tap them gently on the head or shoulder - some agreed signal like that.

I am guessing you are not too vocal leading up to the point of release. Vocalizations are a very good way, also a soft touch that is pre-designated to be a signal.

Give them a warning by saying that you are going to c__m and he can either pull away or accept it in him mouth or face.

You say something!!! Even if they do swallow it's not polite to just pop it on them- I always told my man that if he did that in my mouth without warning I would bite it off!!!!
