It's odd but I can just sleep it away.. A sound sleep to calm the mind. And when I wake up in the morn I've to deal with it again or forget it. For me, I forget the grief and rage half the time once I wake up.

Get a punching bag. Put your gloves on and vent all of your anger, frustration and sadness there. Suicide and alcohol are never the answer. All problems will eventually resolve themselves so ending your life serves no purpose. Alcohol will just cause you more problems. Find someone to talk to, pastor, hot-line, counselor, best friend. Nothing is ever as bad as it seems.

Sounds like someone Cheated on you. I would try Working out. Try to keep yourself surrounded by Positive people be family or friends. Only Drink to have fun with your friends don't drink to escape anything. Or try eating a Orange....Not sure where that last one came from.

Tequila and gin. Toss in a xanax. Pretty short term solution but it can be repeated as needed.
