I live in GA. I was told my assignment ended at my last job last Tue.(I was working through a temp service)?

I was in the hospital & out sick. But I was finally allowqed to come back to work. I was told I would need to schedule my dr. appt later in the day or hold off on going to the dr. So I'm working fine for 2 weeks(still sick cause dr. never found out whats wrong with me)So last Tue. I was on the way to work got sick on the train & was taken to the ER. I called my employer to inform them of this they ask was I going to be put back in the hospital I said ast this point I'm nt sure but I dont think so but I'll call you & let you know what happens. So finally I'm release from ER as soon as I get home my job called & told me my assignment was ended.( They said we understand you sick) Do I qualify for unemployment benefits?

I work there for 14 months & with that company if they end your assignment they wont find you another assignment basically you cant work for them anymore

yes,espeacialy for a legaly define'd absence, get doctor and hospital statements before you apply

If you're a permanent employee, you can file a complaint to get your job back. If you're a consultant or contractor, I'm sorry that your job terminated.
