i was REALLY tempted to stay home from school today but i went anyway. i know its not something to be proud of because that is the right choice, but im sooo glad i didnt stay home.

Yes, and it is something to be very proud of as there is a big difference between knowing the right choice, and making the right choice, so you should be proud of yourself, as anytime one makes the right choice between right and wrong, it is indeed something to be very proud of cause you did good and I am very proud of you for your outstanding achievement.
Don't ever let anyone downplay your actions when you do good, as they are probably jealous and too weak to do the right thing themselves.

u see, i dont think u need these answers those" Ohh, I am so proud of u " or watever but u just need to trust it as a good thing....remember the last time u cleaned ur room or finished ur homework or did something u think is great and u did quite a struggle? when u have done dat, u feel somthing weird, right? yeah, dat's what important!
