Well, im 19 and what I heard is that we stop growing at the age of 16. I got into an accident and injured my 5th digit toe (pinky toe) & it healed just fine although it's slightly bent & I was wondering if I were to bandage it up would it still move in the direction I wish to move it?

No it would not. In order for you to straighten out the bone is to have it surgically corrected then let it heal. Your bones when broken will mend no matter what age you are. If you wear tight shoes it can change the shape of your toes however that takes years of abuse for it to happen.
