Im going to my probabtion office for processing will i get drug tested?

I havent smoked any marijuana since going on probation on the 11th if they do drug test me is it a probation violation and will they push the issue if i still have marijuana in my system

If you have smoked a lot of pot in the past and have been in trouble enough with the law to be put on probation I can understand your worries. I think the best way for you to handle this question is to ask the pros, that is if you are being honest, you have nothing to fear, just explain to them your apprehensions (the probation office) why live in uncertainty and fear, when you have been clean are doing the right things for the right reasons, this is comendable, and if you are straight up with them they will see it in you, and should have enough respect for you to give you the answer you deserve. In another week or so, depending on how much, and how regularly you smoked, regardless of your metabolism and body weight, it should be out of your system enough to pass a drug test anywhere, be grateful that it's only pot, and you do not have more serious problems. If you have a desire to stay clean and worry free, you need to stay away from your old playmates, play places, etc. You can attend (in strictest confidentiality, as if you were invisible) a meeting of NA (www.na.org) in a location close to you and get some of the best advice there is on the subject of living clean and being able to follow through while on probation without any worries or anxiety.

yes it will be violation if it shows up and they will most likely test. the whole point of probation is the fact the they are either letting you out of jail or keeping you from having to go and in return they expect you to be a law obiding citizen. good luck

Chances are , they won't, unless you have had trouble with them recently, they will probally issue you a color, and you will have to go to a lab for your piss tests. The best way to stay out of trouble while on probation is to have clean piss, and learn how to give it up.

It depends on the your PO. For the record, for about 5 days before your appointment drink nothing but cranberry juice and 2 days before take 1 1000mg Niacin tablet per day.

If you want to be in jail for long long time just keep smoking that shi*t. They normally test everyone in my state that's on probation. When found dirty they send their butt's directly to jail to commence service of their sentence.
