Pak-an = with wings.
That's a Visayan expression.

i guess it's a cebuano colloquial term.. usually gays speaks that word.... pak-an... means witch, ghost or blatantly a "whore" from the concept of " babaeng mababa ang lipad".

"PAKO " in cebuano is wings... if they are referring to human beings then it will be construed as social climber or prostitute.

well, that is from what i understand.. but we usually say it "pakan" not pak-an so im not sure if i answered your question right..
