redundancy payments so the government stepped in,but he lost his pension which he had payed into for over 20 years has any one any ideas if he can recover this from the government?

Last night there was a program on ITV about pensions.There was a couple, husband had worked for company for 41 years &
put more into pension scheme to pay off morgage.There pensions have gone & the government will not help.Sorry to give you bad news.Your husband should go to citizens advice.I hope you have more luck than the people who were on tele my heart goes out to them.Good Luck

go and see asolicitor because their is an E.E.C. directive ruling in the European Court and the Government are in serious trouble I didnt hear it all but it was on the news on Friday.

I would go to the Local CAB office, they might be able to help with that question.
