the first thing you need to do is learn how to proof read. you sound like a 2 year old. look at what you typed.

I would suggest to be "honest" to a pt. For example, if your weakness is an unorganized mind or desk--mention it to them as this: I have a tendency to jump in with both feet & just GO! Although I have learned to control that & try to be the most enthusiastic and to ask for help with organizing.

Look for job fairs and advertisments in news papres check for naukri.com freshersworld.com,jobsahead.com,powerjobs.com
off campus meet friends working in BPOs
Or join trining institutes for BPO and callcenters


Work hard for communictions and language skills.
Also know your technical subjects strongly like JAVA C.C++, C#, linux ,ASP,.NET etc
