when I log on to a web page some pages are too large to view the font size is huge ,I only see a fraction of the page .It is obviously something to do with ny new laptop as on my pc the same pages are perfect .I also get some pages where the script overlaps other script as if there was one overlay on top of another .These problems only happen on some sites others are perfect

In Internet Explorer 7 you can resize web pages without changing the display resolution of your monitor.

yes you can zoom in and out of most web pages.
easy to do if you have a computer mouse with a scroll wheel.

simply hold down the button labeled ctrl on your keyboard and slowly roll the mouse wheel back and forth until you see tha page at a comfortable size for you.

if now scroll wheel then you should consider changing the resolution on your computers dispaly panel.
most sites now are optimized for 800*600 or 1024*768 screen resolution. you need to go to control panel and set the dispalay.

It is simple just hold the ctrl key on your keybord and scroll the mouse wheel your web page size changes

web pages can not be re sized by visitors, the only thing you can try is changing the resolution of your desktop.

(right click on the desktop, select properties, go to the tab properties and change the resolution to for example 1024: 768)

Open Internet Explorer Hold down the CRTL key and turn the scroll wheel on the mouse "Down" will make the text larger and bolder
