If that person spends their money wisely and doesn't have car or house payments, I think it is quite possible. For myself, even though I budget $5.00 for food everyday, I don't end up spending that much . If you make your own meals and don't eat out often, it's amazing how much money you can save. Also if you drink the office coffee instead of Starbucks everyday, you can also save a lot.

I dont see how thats possible unless, he pays no rent, buys no food and doesnt go out.
He would have to be only spending like £10 a week, he is either lying, extremely tight or he is making money from something else aswel.

It's possible I guess if they live very frugally, never spending money on anything, buying many items second hand, growing much of their own food...that sort of thing.
