the blind in my countries are not working with skills and relying on their families and the society while they WANT to work.
can you suggest some jobs we can teach them?

We have a local business that employs the blind in a manufacturing setting. It's incredible what they are able to do. I buy my brooms from them; they last much longer than what you can buy in a store. Their website has a catalog that you can browse to see all that they do. I'm sure they will be able to help you with referals to get started in your area.
