I hope the coffee wasn't to hot or he wuld be burned. Watch the skin for redness or blisters. Take him to a vet if the skin changes.

If it is just a minor burn, gently putting a bit of olive oil on the burn helps, it'll relieve the pain a bit, and also help keep the skin moist so it doesn't dry out and crack (this also works on people btw).
If it's a serious burn, or he has lots of burns, or he scratches them or whatever, it might be best to bring him to a vet.
If he's just dirty, give him a bath in luke-warm water, with a tiny bit of soap, rinse his fur properly, and also dry him properly. You don't want him licking himself clean, the caffeine isn't good for his little heart.

I wouldn't give him a bath as he may catch a cold. Try buying chinchilla dust and put some in a deep dish and hopefully he'll roll in it to clean himself. They are self cleaning so he will take care of as much of the cleaning as possible, a little caffiene shouldn't hurt him.
As far as burns, perhaps he's lucky and didn't get hurt from it. If you see redness, constant scratching or the skin cracking, take him to the vet.
