NO.

You should receive a confirmation from the PayPal website with the detailks of the Payment, and that the money is in your PayPal account.

When you get the email (DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS IN EMAILS) you open Internet Explorer, type in www.paypal.com then login and check the money is there.

After you know the funds have been paid, that's when you ship the item.

PS - I say don't click on links in emails from PayPal or eBay as it's too risky... much better to open the site by typing in the address in your explorer.

No, payment should be confirmed first. You don't want to ship anything before you get paid for it. Go to your PayPal account and check the status of the payment, make sure you have accepted the payment if it has already been submitted. Then send a "reciept" to the buyer to let them know you have recieved their payment and let them know when the item will be sent.

This is a old trick that paypal buyers use on the sellers, NEVER ship unless you get the payment! i have seen this email 5-10 times so i know.
