Choosing a name is such a personal thing that it's really hard to give advice! Have you checked out baby name websites? http://www.babynamesworld.com/ has a ton of names, their meaning and origin. You could also look back through your family tree. We chose simple, more traditional names for our children, but stayed away from family names so that there were no hurt feelings, but my sister named her two boys after uncles. If you are religious, you could look through the Bible.

Oh how lush! I'm so excited for you. My suggestion was Elliot, which I see Pamela has recommended (it's my son's name!) I also love Lewis and Connor. I also have a son called William and my nephews names are Ben and Josh, also Matthew and James (my friends kids) and Dominic (my cousin's son). As you can tell, I don't know any girls! Hope you get some inspiration from these names, as I think they are all quite strong. My husband picked Elliot from a name book when I was pregnant and I loved it straight away because it's quite unusual. You may find that when the baby arrives that the name you picked doesn't suit him, but that the perfect name comes to mind when you look at him. that's what happened with my second child, until my Grandma mentioned the name William, which was my grandad's name, and that was it! Good luck, lots of love, babies are beautiful xxx

Try looking for something Italian or French, the males from these countries always seem strong and heroic, there are loads of sites available, my favs are Enrico, which can be shortened to Rico, and Gianni.

I like irish names! Ryan Conor, Keir, Liam, Ronan (only joking just thought of Mr Keating).
What about Jack - maybe slightly boring but extremely strong.
Lots of love and happiness with the new addition.
