It is just burning off energy. Or maybe it gets startled by something. Or maybe it is just playing a rabbit game. No one really knows what is going on in a rabbit head.

Most likely your rabbit was just feeling really good. The do that sometimes when they are really energetic. Running into the wall was probably just a misjudgement of its surroundings.

Welcome to the wonderful world of rabbits. When they are alone and in captivity, they still have characteristics that all wild rabbits have - and they are plotting their course - in the event of attack. Running into the wall was not part of the plan, but a misjudgement of his ability to stop and swerve at the last minute.

He is running the bunny 500, LOL! Rabbits naturally have to outrun predators, so they like to practice and show off how fast they can go. Mine does this all the time and I think it's hilarious! You have a very happy bunny, so congrats on being a good owner. :)

He was playing and the wall got in the way.....that happens sometimes.mine would run from corner to corner in the room and every time she stopped she would thump on the floor.I have seen rabbits do summersaults.....short....your rabbit is enjoying life....as long as he doesn't hurt himself....I would not worry about it to much.
