No offense will be taken. I am writing an article and need this information. Your names will not be used but it would be helpful if you told me what country you were from and, if ever, where you heard the remark or why you came up with it. Thank you.

Any compliments you may have heard will also be helpful.

Just look at some of the responses on Yahoo Answers and you will see the racists. They have no compassion for anybody that is different from them and a lot of times racist toward those of their own families who may be the product of intermarriage.

I was the vice president of Amnesty International in college and Know for a fact slavery was being Practiced in the South as late as the 1970's with African Americans. Peter Jennings found them and interviewed them.

Now it has been revealed that slavery is being practiced with Eastern European women and children on our shores as it once did flourisn with African Americans, Asians and Native Americans. Some choose to tell you that you don't know what you are talking about, even if you witnessed it or know of people that did in fact live in the Southern States of the United States!

It should not matter what color a person is Slavery in any of it's forms is wrong! . The racist/sexists are curt, nasty, uneducated and bigoted. Trust me they are all over Yahoo answers and are of both genders.

Good luck with your paper!

Of course not. Manny wasn't fighting against racism . He was earning money. Racists are not sitting around reading about the fight. Most of the racist remarks here are either young American boys that get their kicks by raiding and insulting in every site. It really has little to do with the Pinoy. Other than that there is a lot of envy from Pinoy who don't like whites young or old. The best way for the Philippines to decrease racism is to stop the corruption.

I am Eurasian and a lot of the racist comments that I have received are given to me as if it were a compliment. It's mostly guys saying that 'Asian girls are so dirty' or 'asian girls are really tight' or 'asian girls are up for anything'. One of my close friends is Filipino and guys say this stuff to her a lot as well. Nice.

Also -a lot of people assume that my mother was poor and uneducated before she married my dad.

Good luck with your research. I think you might be better off going into a Filipino chat room and asking people in there?

I don't think you're going to get anyone decent to repeat ugly statements against others here, even if it's to help with an assignment. Repeating these would be in violation of the Yahoo! answers guidelines.

Racism against white people is the last form of racism that is still socially acceptable.
