A two year old is banned from a shop for wearing a "hoodie", someone's car get's crushed by a tree - then given a parking ticket. Has the world gone mad?!?!?!
Are these incidences just odd occurances, or do people really not have any sense anymore?

I think the parking ticket is hilarious (and who knows, maybe the traffic warden thinks so too). Perhaps the ticket is required to be there simply to record the fact that a damaged vehicle is parked there, with no intention of imposing the fine.
As for the kid with the hood, the crappy British media (Sun, Star) etc. invented the 'hoodie', tried to convince everyone that a kid with a hood was gonna attack/rob/murder/slap you to death, so a shop (have you seen the shop? It doesn't have any windows because of the vandalism over the years) stops people from entering wearing hoods. So what? Stop getting worked up about it. They're playing with you!!

Believe me there is some sanity in the world. Not much mind but as it always does, history will repeat itself and we'll end up in a much more sane world. Wait and see !!!
