Grey's Anatomy - ABC - Thursday night at 9. It's an excellent show that will make you laugh and cry in the same episode.
The Class - CBS - Monday night at 8:30. This sitcom moves faster in a half hour than most hour-long shows! The characters are funny and I love how the situations don't always have happy endings. Each show is not self-contained, meaning every episode builds on the last one, thus making the story line fluid and interesting.
Those are my two favorites. I hope that helps!

Well, 24 and Lost are favorites of mine, however, i don't watch them on TV, so i couldn't tell you what station or time or day...i just wait and watch them on DVD at the end of the season.
as for sitting down to tune into TV...
we LOVE the monday night line up on CBS. from 8 to 11 we are wonderfully entertained. "how i met your mother", "the class", "two and half men", "new adventures of old christine" and "CSI: Miami."
it's been long time since a station has come out with a must see tv line-up of clever sitcoms, and CBS has done it. we laugh all night. it's great.
take care.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation....it is a well written, intriguing, captivatingly interesting show. The show makes you think and keeps you on your toes. It isn't "fluff", it actually educates you in the matters of crime, investigating techniques and forensic studies. There is a hint of romance on occasion, but it stays the course and leaves you interested in the characters (alive or dead) without being overly sexed-crazed as some shows are. It's on CBS Thursday nights (prime time)and again on CBS on Friday & Sunday after 11pm.

Definitely Ugly Betty, she's just brilliant and an inspiration to all women.
I love a good under dog story, she over comes soooo many hurdles and always comes out on top.
Brilliant.... just brilliant!
