when i download software upgrades or programs the file loads but when i open the file to run it i get that errors occured..everything was fine until i changed to explorer 7.0

Hey...
I've been working with "Internet Explorer 7" for about two months now so I shall be glad to help you...
Firstly this is a common problem so you shuld not be worried...
You should try the following:
↓ Add / Remove Programmes
↓ Remove Internet Explorer 7
↓ Your browser will revert back to Interent Explorer 6
↓ Re-Download Version 7
Next ensure that all Add On are running...
Go to:
↓ Interent Properties
↓ Programmes tab at the top of the screen
↓ Manage Add On
↓ Check they are all enabled
Next thing to try:
↓ If you have a personal firewall (Norton/Mcafee Firewall) disbale them then try the download... keep all anti-virus running though
Last thing to do is ensure you have all the latest downloads and updates from http://www.microsoft.com

I did the same as you...upgraded to explorer 7.0 and had nothing but trouble. Simple to fix. UNINSTALE it. By uninstaleing E7.0 you go back to the good old Yahoo that works fine.

may be u dont have genuine windows u need to check for validation
