When 'Family Guy' came back from cancellation it just wasn't the same... Kinda like the way when you raise a zombie from the dead, it isn't the same person it once was...

The show walks and talks and even looks like the original 'Family Guy' but it just doesn't FEEL like the show anymore. In my opinion, that is when the show jumped the shark...

There are a lot of shows out there that had jumped the shark. The one that comes to mind is "That 70's Show". That jumped when Donna became a beautiful red head into a blond, Jackie's mom left and her dad had that girlfriend of his and Fez and his girlfriend. Also, when Kelso started to work. That was when that show jumped it.
