hi i am going to marry after a few days, want to know what precautions should i take before first intercourse and what is advisable for family planning? how can we plan, what precautions should we take which does not spoil health too? thanks

congrats....i wud advise that u always use condoms tilll u want to start ur family...i do not recommend contraceptive pills for the women as it messes up her hormones!
no precautions b4 ur first intercoure...just be gentle and make sure ur woman is aroused....have fun!

Um, your getting married in a few days and you're just asking this question?! It depends on what form of contraception you want to use, or how soon or late you want to have children... I say you should be discussing this with your significant other. I personally will never remember to take a pill, and didn't want the shot, my man didn't like condoms, so the optimal choice for us was the Nuvaring. You put it in, leave it 3wks, take it out 4 1wk, whn you have your periods. I now no longer have menstrual cramps like I used to, and my period went from 6days to 4!!
