No. That is my answer. I don't believe that anyone knows the true meaning of their life or anyone elses lives.
'It's not the destination, it's the journy' - Perhaps knowing what the purpose of life is not the point, but rather in seeking it. Imagine what would happen if you knew what you were 'meant' to do in life, and how everything would work out for you. You wouldn't strive to become a rock climber if you know you are meant to be a pre-school teacher. You wouldn't save all your money if you were meant to be broke. Instead we are left wondering, 'what can I acomplish?', 'where are my limits?', 'What should I be doing with my life?'. These questions, and the pursuit of answers for them, lead to some of our most empowering and important traits: curiosity, ambition, determination, curiosity.
I suggest to you that you go look for the answers for yourself. Try to find what the meaning of your life is, try to find where you fit into the world. That's what's really important.
You're not going to find an answer, I bet, and that's exactly the way it's supposed to be.

I don't think there is a "meaning" or "point" to life as a such, I certainly don't think that some being put us on earth for a reason. Rather I think that the joy and sadness, good and evil, love and hate, beauty and ugliness all provide meaning enough within our lifetimes.
Nothing is meaningful when faced with eternity. Everything is meaningful when faced with a momentary existence.

Meaning of life is to live through with minimal grievances and maximum happiness. How to ensure it is through various means like hobbies, inventions, helping others, raising cats, eating, drinking, fishing etc.,. But the essence is the above.

Life is a breakfast cereal made of whole grain oats, distributed by the Quaker Oats Company. It was introduced in the year 1961.
Life was popularized during the 1970s by an ad campaign featuring "Mikey," a finicky four-year-old who "hates everything." The commercials featured the catch phrase "He likes it! Hey Mikey!" The ad campaign ran from 1972 to 1984, becoming one of the longest running and popular commercials of all time. The "Mikey" character became so engrained in the consciousness of American popular culture that urban legends began to develop surrounding the actors in the commercial. The most popular urban legend was that the actor who portrayed "Mikey" had died from eating Pop Rocks while drinking Coca-Cola. According to the urban legend, "Mikey" had a liver condition, and the mixing of Pop Rocks and Coca-Cola caused his liver to fail. In reality, John Gilchrist, who played "Mikey," is still alive and works as an advertising account manager in New York. The other kids in the "Mikey" commercial were Gilchrist's brothers in real life, and are also still alive.
In 1978, Cinnamon Life was introduced. Today Cinnamon Life comprises one third of total Life sales. Twenty five years after the release of Cinnamon Life, Honey Graham Life was added to the brand, and recently, Life has added a fourth and fifth flavor, Life Vanilla Yogurt Crunch and Life Chocolate Oat Crunch.
The cereal's advertisements sport the slogan "Life is full of surprises".
THE MEANING OF LIFE IS TO BE SUGARY AND DELICIOUS.

i have yet to have that moment of supreme epiphany, yet i can tell you that the moment i became a mommy...well, i knew that this was a part of my life that has made me feel so fulfilled.
i never saw myself as a mom. i never even saw myself as married, however, i met my husband, fell in love and we just had our first born 4 months ago. he is the light of our lives. there is nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing his bright, smiling face. it puts so much joy in my heart.
i am so glad that my husband and i have a chance to help change the deterioration of our society by putting at least one well raised child into it.
i feel that my purpose in life is to live it to the fullest. i have learned that my life is much more than a job. a job just allows you to pay for things. i am not blessed with a craft, at least not yet. so, i take solace in knowing that i can at least be good to other people. when i say "be good", that means i smile at strangers and say "hi" as if i've met them before. i say "please" and "thank you", i strike up bits of conversation with the people greeters at wal-mart or the person behind me in the check out line. i try to be kind to the customer service rep who gets my phone call. i try to drive courteously instead of like a bat out of hell just concerned with where i'm going and how fast i can get there. i try to talk to the kids i pass when i take my dog and son for walks. i remember to call my grandmother and grandfather. i also, thank them for everything they have done for me, b/c i know that they won't be with us forever. i left a stressful good paying career for a job that allows me time if my son is sick and pays enough to pay the bills and maybe save a little extra. i love to make my friends and family laugh.
these are the things that i feel define my life.
take care.

My life is meant to glorify my Creator. My life is preparation for eternity. My life is centered around my Savior, Jesus. Because He died to pay the penalty for my sins, I can know that I have eternal life in heaven waiting for me. My life has meaning if it is given to God in gratitude and service for what He has done for me.

He hasn't told me yet. He wants me to figure it out on my own, I think. I'm waiting patiently, but no he hasn't spoken to me yet. I don't think anyway. I'm just trying to be a good person, be fair, be honest and help when I can. Have you asked your grandparents if they know?
