keep experimenting but the best thing is to make sure that you look good with it. Dont' just put on makeup for the heck of it ...make sure that it suits you n ur age.
Visit sites n see their tips n tricks....start with a moisturiser, then foundation, concealor, then eye makeup, blush n then lips. If you go heavy on the eyes, keep ur lips minimised n vice-versa. Try different shades of colors based on ur skin tone n features....see which colors bring out your features more......all the best!

The best way to learn to put on make-up is through trail and error. You could also make an appointment at a large department store like macy's, sak etc. They will make your face up and show you different way to apply the makeup

it depends on wat make up and were ur using it no body can really tell u this though because u dont know how u look like or anything but it is with trial and error u have to be the jugde of wat u look like(if u want to base or foundation use one or the other it helps and powder is better al least i think so
