ll be backpacking Europe in April! How do I find a travel partner when I don't know anyone who can come?

Will travel for two weeks and none of my friends can come with me at the time I scheduled. I don't want to go by myself. How do I find a safe travle partner.

If you look around Lonely Planet's website maybe there is a place where you could look for travel mates?

Otherwise you could ask the travel agency, where you are buying your tickets from, if they know how to find a travel partner.

Look for travel-magazines online, they may have a service that allows you to connect to other people, who will be traveling at the same time.
