yeah would say so. try both on depends on shade. would say light grey go better than dark grey

truthfully relies upon on which tones of brown and gray. commonly it sounds solid to me, possibly the grey cardigan no longer that lots. possibly a jacket/cardigan matching the tone of the pants or boots might desire to look solid.
