I love dancing and doing a workout to music. was wondering if any good dance workout dvd's.

I know this sounds dodgy, but the Carmen Electra Strip ones are great. The first one is a series of routines, they are pretty easy, but loads of fun. The second one is a series of really fantastic work-outs which will, apparently, give you a dancer's body. Also, she's kind of sweet so I don't hate doing it!
I enjoy them and my fiance gets to perv at Carmen, everyone's a winner!

theres this one done by the hits and the songs are awsum , maybe youve seem them on tv in a n ad when they are in a boxing ring i think but it works for me.
