how to fix it , it dose not work

the system dose not work and i tried repartion dose not work , low level format , bad sector repair (it took almost 4 days ) every thing

yeah its interesting of ur question.
before fomating go to start--> control panel--->adminstrative tools -->computer management--> and in the left panel DISK MANAGEMENT.
and there check the status of hdd. if its ok now defragment the drive. now format the hdd by deleting all the partitions and and agin create a 19456mb=19 gb of partition and now install windows XP with SERVICE PACK 2 .
