Hmmm...let's see. All our jobs are going out of the country, housing costs are through the roof, our government seems disinterested in anything except throwing bodies at a winless war...why wouldn't morale be this low? That and the Pat's lost over the weekend :-{

I guess with all that driving around in New cars and Having large homes and playing the New Wii or PS3 is too much for most Americans. Too much food and too much money, so sad. If your Morale is low you have to blame yourself as we are without a doubt very blessed. Perhaps donating some time at a local Kids cancer ward will show you real angst.........

instructors and nurses are, for the main section, knowledgeable and exceptionally experienced persons making a small earnings. And it may desire to sound ignorant, although that's an trouble-free fact that many law enforcement officers are warm-heads on a power holiday with little or no duty. integrate this with a gun and a badge, and that's a recipe for disaster.

the media keeps brow-beating the public with a bunch of bs. if you hear it enough, you start to think it's true.

go figure. there's a "silent majority" (?) of traditionalists in the U.S.. but the media is unabashadly secular (and has been for a long time.) the only people getting face time are the whackos out on the far left (unless, of course, some traditionalist f's up. that'll get plenty of play.) the media cares for their agenda and nada else. so the brow-beating will continue until they spend their load or achieve their goals. there IS good news out there somewhere. i just know it!

Some valid points from the earlier answers. I would also add that for some it is easier to curse the darkenss than to light a candle. Folks are born with a silver spoon and expect too much from our government. We forget that ultimately we are responsible and that the government is only as good as the people who we elect.

Bad economy, unjust war, president offers no real solutions, just causing more trouble. America was on the right track when Bill Clinton left office, but has gone down hill every since.

We have turned from the Almighty (His name is YHVH) and are trying to justify life without Him. The moral relativism being crammed down our throats by the government schools even denies that there is a right and wrong. How could it be otherwise?
