The best way is to adjust the tightness to what you feel comfortable with and then just skate. They will break themselves in and it doesn't really effect your skating.

If you have an old pair of trucks take the blushings out and put them in to the independent trucks.Or if you don't have an old pair of trucks go to ur local skateshop.They sell blushings that have already been "broken in"

if ur bushings r new, tht typically takes position, u jus gotta artwork them in. time will fix tht. if ur trucks/bushings r truly previous, u prolly wore them out. jus purchase a bushing replace equipment or if u were given the money, purchase a sparkling set of trucks. yet trucks technically dont bypass undesirable till u like snap the hanger, ive seen it previously. maximum ppl get new 1s in the experience that they snap the kingpin yet u can jus get a kingpin replace equipment for like $7 if ur short on money.
