i bought a mobil within 8 weeks the key board broke phones 4u sent it away to be mended its been 8 days they said secven days to return now the manager said the law is different in regard to my phone ----trading standards say booo hooo not correct

i don't think they r a eletric because they have no recycing levy on them as all electric items do
